Whistleblowing Channel
BlueBay Hotels has implemented an Internal Information System (whistleblowing channel) in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, as well as other applicable regulations (including Royal Decree-Law 4/2023 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - GDPR).
Purpose
This channel constitutes the preferred and priority route for communicating, in good faith, information on regulatory infringements or irregular conduct that may involve:
- Infringements of European Union Law or the Spanish legal system (criminal, serious or very serious administrative offences).
- Infringements of the Code of Ethics, internal policies, anti-corruption protocols or the Company's crime prevention model.
- Crimes or conducts that may imply criminal liability of the legal entity (corruption, bribery, money laundering, influence peddling, tax fraud, etc.).
- Any other relevant irregularity or non-compliance in the labor, commercial, environmental, data protection fields, etc.
Who can submit a communication?
Any person who has or has had a labor or professional relationship with BlueBay Hotels, including:
- Workers (employees, managers, directors).
- Self-employed collaborators, interns, volunteers.
- Suppliers, contractors, subcontractors and their employees.
- Shareholders, partners and persons with an interest in the Company.
- Former employees (within two years following the end of the relationship).
- Any third party who has obtained information on infringements in a professional or work context.
How is your report managed?
In accordance with current regulations, we will conduct a preliminary analysis of your report to confirm if it meets the requirements of our whistleblowing channel.
Once registered, you will be assigned a unique case number and receive an access code. We will confirm receipt within a maximum of 7 working days. With your code, you will be able to provide new data or check the progress of the process. Finally, within a period of 90 days, we will notify you of the resolution of the case, information that will also be available on the platform.
The submission can be made anonymously or identified. In any case, the confidentiality of the identity of the informant and any third party mentioned, as well as the reported facts, is guaranteed. You can do so through the form below.
