RCI, a global leader in vacation exchange, awards Grupo BlueBay

The hotel BlueBay Grand Esmeralda, Riviera Maya, has received, for the 3rd time in a row, the RCI Gold Crown Resort 2011, a distinction that RCI (Resort Condominiums International, Ltd.) presents in recognition of the extraordinary commitment shown by the operations staff, partners and their managers to achieve high quality in our facilities and services.

This recognition is obtained after analyzing the comments gathered from members who traveled on vacation exchange over a period of 12 months. Such partners or customers give their opinions on the quality, the service received and on their vacation experience in general , as well as offering physical assessment of the development facilities.

The award was presented to Mr. Geert de Bruyne, Resident Director at BlueBay Grand Esmeralda, by Jesus Calahorra, Director of Service Development RCI Mexican Caribbean.
