BlueBay Banús: new addition to Grupo BlueBay
The hotel is located in Marbella | Thus the chain implements its expansion plan
Grupo BlueBay has just added to its portfolio a newly-rented facility located in Puerto Banus, Marbella, which is already being marketed online as BlueBay Banús and will be officially signed starting July 1.
It is a 4 star hotel with 315 rooms spread over two-storeyed buildings over the total area of 28,000 square meters. The services and facilities include three swimming pools, a gym, a conference room and a chapel. The company states that it is built in the style of a typical Andalusian village. Its renovation will begin after the season.
BlueBay Banús was until now the former Hotel Rincon Andaluz, run by Riu Hotels & Resorts until four years ago, at which time it began operating as an independent hotel until the current management change.
