BlueBay Hotels and World2Meet sign a strategic alliance for the management of a portfolio of more than 12,000 beds in Spain, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic

The agreement is formalized through O7 Hotels, World2Meet’s
management firm. The start of this alliance will begin on January 1st, 2024, for a 15-year period.

A sensor system positioned in strategic areas throughout the hotel detects three types of emotions from customers’ faces. This “emotional technology” can be moved from Big data to Smart data and in the future will offer customers tailor-made services. BlueBay Hotels has developed this project alongside the Pyramics Company and the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany.

BlueBay Hotels announces three new openings in the Middle East this year

Two hotels in Saudi Arabia, BlueBay Makkah Grand Coral***** in Mecca and BV Al Basmah Coral Resort*** in Jeddah, are now operational. The third hotel, the Blue Diamond Salam Palace***** GL, is scheduled to open in Fujairah, in the United Arab Emirates later this year.
