After experiencing one of the world\u2019s biggest shopping malls, it\u2019s only right to make a stop at the world\u2019s tallest building \u2013 the Burj Khalifa. Soaring over Dubai at 828 meters tall, visitors have the opportunity to ascend to level 125 and experience breathtaking views of the city and beyond.<\/p>\n
To understand Dubai\u2019s roots, a tour of the city\u2019s Historical District is highly recommended. Learn more about Dubai\u2019s fascinating history at the Dubai Museum, situated within the Al Fahidi Fort, and immerse yourself \u00a0in the sounds and smells of Arabia in the famous souks. The Gold Souk, in particular, is worth visiting even if you hadn\u2019t planned on investing in any gold! A labyrinth of walkways, the Gold Souk boasts over 300 jewelry shops.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s worth bearing in mind that if you are visiting on a Friday, shops and museums in the Historical District will be closed in the morning and open late in the afternoon.<\/p>\n

Head out to the desert in the evening to experience a slice of Bedouin culture and see Dubai as it was just 50 years ago. Take in the stunning views on camel-back and watch as the sun sets behind the dunes and darkness falls.<\/p>\n
