The Xarma Restaurant is definitely one of San Sebastian\u00b4s best restaurants. It is a fresh idea which two renowned chefs came up with, Xabier Diez and Aizpea Oihaneder. These two chefs have more than 10 years of experience each and are also a lovely couple.<\/p>\n

Even though the dishes can cost around 75 euros, the fact that all the ingredients are fresh and all food is seasonal gives the dishes a unique refreshing flavor. One of the most interesting facts of this restaurant is that as they only serve seasonal food, their menu changes from season to season so it is kind of like fun guessing what the menus will be next season.<\/p>\n

When it comes to restaurants, we simply cannot miss the Kaskazuri Restaurant. This two stories high restaurant is located just in front of the Urumea River which is why it offers some of the most astonishing scenarios while enjoying delicious meals.<\/p>\n

Europa Restaurant<\/h1>\n

The Europa Restaurant is property of the renowned Europa Hotel, a famous hotel in San Sebastian. What makes this restaurant so special, besides the fact that their dishes are quite enjoyable, is that it is becoming world famous for offering what is known as pintxos. Pintxos are like the Basque version of Spanish tapas, very original and above all, part of the Basque Country\u00b4s culture.<\/p>\n
