Ingredients
1 1/2 pd of conch
1 1/2 oz. onion
1 1/2 oz. pepper
1 1/2 oz. tomato
1 oz. coriander
2 lemons
2 clove of garlic
2 spoons olive oil
Salt
Boil the conch cut into slices. Mix it with the lemon, vegetables and olive oil. A very healthy and easy to cook recipe. Bon appetite!
